Not everyone can just buy items of the shelf...!

Extra small or extra tall, extra wide or extra narrow can be very difficult to buy for! Or have you seen something you would like but its the wrong colour?

All items are made in house in house on the picturesque Quantock Hills.

Everything is made to order and can be customised to your preference, whether its a change of colour combinations, extra buckles or a slightly different design it can all be catered for.

Personalisation is also available on selected products, please see item description.

Own a large yard or a team? Large orders can be catered to for matching items which can be personalised for a unique look.

Pets and households are also catered for, these products are growing in number, more coming soon!

Live locally? Horse rug and tack repairs are also done in house, please find a price list of the most common repairs on the Facebook page HERE

Washing & Repairs Price List


Collections free for 10+ rugs within 30 miles of Bridgwater, outside of this area charged at 30p/mile.

Turn around time approx 2 weeks at busy times.


All repairs carried out using brand new fittings.


If you would like to donate damaged rugs these are washed and repaired before donating to local rescue centres.

RETURN POLICY

Thank you for your purchase. We hope you are happy with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return it to us

RETURNS

All returns must be within 30 days of the purchase date. This will be extended to start on the despatch date for personalised items which require a longer processing time.

All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.

RETURN PROCESS

To return an item please email customer service at info@prosewproducts.com

(RMA) number

After receiving a RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging

Please note, you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.

After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your refund.

We will notify you by email when your return has been processed.

EXCEPTION

For defective or damaged products, please contact us at the contact details below to arrange a refund or exchange.

Items must be returned in unused, new condition. Any items with hair or dirt on will not be accepted.

Customised items are any items with added text, logos, alterations or coloured binding
